When the lubricating oil consumption of the compressor increases significantly, check whether the oil filter, pipeline, return pipeline, etc. are blocked and cleaned. If the oil consumption is still high, it may be that the Tianjin oil and gas separator has deteriorated and needs to be replaced in a timely manner; When the pressure difference between the two ends of the oil and gas separation filter element reaches 0.15MPa, it should be replaced; When the pressure difference is 0, it indicates a malfunction in the filter element or a short circuit in the airflow. In this case, it is also necessary to replace the filter element of the submersible protector.

The replacement steps are as follows:

(1) External model

a. The compressor is shut down, the air compressor outlet is closed, the drain valve is opened, and it is confirmed that there is no pressure in the system.

b. Remove the oil gas separator and replace it with a new one.

(2) Built-in model

a. The compressor is shut down, the air compressor outlet is closed, the drain valve is opened, and it is confirmed that there is no pressure in the system.

b. Remove the pipeline above the oil and gas tank, and at the same time, remove the pipeline from the pressure maintaining valve outlet to the cooler.

c. Remove the return pipe.

d. Remove the fixing bolts of the cover on the oil and gas tank and remove the cover on the gas tank.

e. Remove the oil gas separator and replace it with a new Tianjin oil gas separator.

f. Install in the reverse order of disassembly.

Attention: When installing the oil return pipe, it must be ensured that the pipe is inserted into the bottom of the filter element. When replacing the oil gas separator, pay attention to static electricity discharge and connect the inner metal mesh with the oil drum shell. About 5 staples can be nailed on the top and bottom pads, and fully stapled to prevent static electricity from accumulating and igniting explosions. It is necessary to prevent unclean products from falling into the oil barrel to avoid affecting the operation of the compressor.
