The ESP oil recovery device mainly consists of three parts: underground unit, power transmission, and ground control.

(1) Underground equipment: submersible motor, protector, separator, and multi-stage centrifugal pump.

(2) Power transmission part: diving cable.

(3) Ground control part: control panel, transformer, and junction box.

Submersible motor

The submersible motor is the power unit of this aircraft. It converts electrical energy from the ground into mechanical energy and drives multi-stage centrifugal pumps to rotate at high speed. It is located at the bottom of the well unit. Its main structure and working principle are the same as commonly used asynchronous motors. It is a two pole three-phase squirrel cage induction motor.

In order to adapt to the conditions of oil wells, the price of electric submersible pumps should have the following characteristics.

(1) Slender size. Due to the limitation of the inner diameter of the oil well casing, the submersible motor must also meet the needs of load capacity. Slimming is inevitable. It usually varies with the size of its power, the shortest meter, and the longest meter or more.

(2) The rotor and stator are divided into two parts, with a hollow shaft and a special lubricating oil circulation system.

(3) High starting torque. 15 revolutions can be loaded at full speed.

(4) Small moment of inertia.

(5) High insulation level.

(6) Auxiliary protection and oil bath cooling ensure the sealing performance of the submersible motor.
